This Privacy Policy describes how Aviv Farchi ("I", "me") collects and uses your information when you use avivfarchi.com and related services.

What I collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, phone, email, and any message you send via the contact form.
  • Account information — if you sign up, your email address and authentication details (via Google sign-in, if you choose it).
  • Billing information — processed by Stripe. I never see your card number; I only see the last 4 digits and billing status.
  • Site content — any content you provide for your website.
  • Basic analytics — standard server logs (IP, user agent, page visited) kept for a short retention window for security and debugging.

Why I use it

  • To respond to your inquiry or deliver the service you purchased.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To process payments and issue receipts.
  • To send service-related emails (account, billing, support).

Who I share it with

I use a small set of reputable service providers to operate this service. Each receives only the data they need to do their job:

  • Stripe — payments.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — website and API hosting.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Google — sign-in (only if you use Google sign-in).

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or request deletion at any time by emailing me@avivfarchi.com.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and account data are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, unless a shorter retention is requested. Billing records are kept as long as legally required.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
