Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of avivfarchi.com and the website design, hosting, and related services provided by Aviv Farchi ("I", "me"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

I build and host websites for small businesses. I design the site from your existing content, and if you choose to claim it, I host it on your domain with SSL and basic maintenance included.

Payment

  • Hosting is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout (currently $35/month).
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge the card on file each month.
  • You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
  • If a payment fails, I may pause or take down your site until payment is resolved.

Your content

You own the content you provide — text, photos, logos, business information. You grant me a limited license to use it solely to deliver and host your site. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use any content you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive — including phishing, spam, adult content involving minors, content that infringes someone else's rights, or anything that violates applicable law.

Availability

I aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, DNS) can cause temporary downtime.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. I may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the service. If I terminate your account, I will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your content.

Changes

I may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, I'll update the date at the top and notify you where appropriate.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, I disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
